A paid-media review should select work, not just summarize spend
Turn the most important verified gap into a specific task, owner and review period. A report without an execution decision can repeat the same weakness every month.
Connect the largest supported performance gap with a bounded action. The right task might involve measurement, query matching, the offer or the inquiry path. Raising budget is not the universal response to disappointing volume.
A worked example
A hypothetical month shows stable spend and more invalid inquiries from one campaign. The action plan assigns a search-intent and form-validation review before expansion. It does not assume every invalid inquiry resulted from one visible query.
How to apply it
- Identify a material gap using verified definitions and source coverage.
- Assign a specific change, owner, completion test and later review measure.
- Document what will remain unchanged so the next comparison is interpretable.
What the result can establish
In SharkBlade, connect the plan to supported Paid Media KPIs and inspect the underlying evidence. Completion and performance impact are separate milestones. A better score or a completed task does not automatically establish improved profit.
