Choose support according to the constraint
Choose support according to whether the main gap is visibility, interpretation or execution capacity. A software subscription cannot replace delivery work the business has no time or expertise to perform.
A platform, a strategist and an execution team solve different problems. The first makes evidence accessible; the second helps interpret priorities; the third performs an agreed scope of work. Buying more interpretation will not fix a lack of delivery capacity, while buying production without a diagnosis can create irrelevant activity.
A worked example
A hypothetical owner has reliable reporting but nobody available to repair a confusing inquiry flow. Another has a capable web team but conflicting channel priorities. The first needs scoped execution; the second may need a review that produces clear assignments. Both can use the same evidence without needing the same service arrangement.
How to apply it
- Identify whether the bottleneck is evidence, interpretation or authorized delivery capacity.
- Ask which responsibilities, meetings and outputs are included in the proposal.
- Choose a review date and KPI that will indicate whether the arrangement is addressing the constraint.
What the result can establish
Use the current pricing page for terms: SharkBlade, SharkBlade + Strategist and SharkBlade + Team have different delivery scopes. Team work is Contact for Pricing. No subscription label by itself establishes that a particular campaign, integration or unlimited implementation is included.
