A table should explain identity, context and next action
Use table fields to clarify capture date, type, source, company and available contact or activity context. Blank fields can indicate unavailable source data rather than a display failure.
Lead-capture columns are useful when the team understands what each field represents and which sources support it. Blank values can mean unavailable information rather than a poor lead. Avoid filling them with guessed details.
A worked example
A hypothetical row has an organization name and visitor signal but no individual email. Another has a form inquiry with a direct request. The rows should not be interpreted as equally contactable prospects simply because they share a table.
How to apply it
- Read source type, timestamp and available identity before interpreting the row.
- Separate observed details from inferred fit or intent.
- Confirm who is responsible for the appropriate next action.
What the result can establish
SharkBlade workspace access should remain isolated to assigned workspace data. Lead details support authorized review; they do not establish that every record is qualified or that a person consented to unrelated outreach. Keep sensitive examples out of public articles.
