Turn a recommendation into an acceptance test
Translate a recommendation into an agreed task with an owner, scope and evidence of completion. A list of suggestions can grow without changing the underlying experience.
A recommendation becomes executable when it names the affected experience, owner, intervention and evidence to revisit. “Improve SEO” is a category of work, not an assignment. Scoring can help locate a weak area, but the underlying issue determines the repair and the appropriate test.
A worked example
A hypothetical recommendation identifies broken links to an RFQ page. The task specifies the affected source pages, intended destination and keyboard-access test. Completion means the links work and the request reaches the expected intake route. A later increase in inquiries is evaluated separately; finishing the repair does not prove it caused a sale.
How to apply it
- Attach the source finding, affected page and reason the issue matters to a buyer.
- Assign one owner and define a technical or editorial acceptance check.
- Record the release date and compare the relevant KPI under a consistent measurement scope.
What the result can establish
SharkBlade supplies intelligence and recommendations; an authorized team performs the work. ZeroDark’s done-for-you option should be scoped to those tasks. Avoid purchasing a list of activities whose connection to the measured gap cannot be explained.
